Communications - Willamette Education Service District
The Willamette ESD serves 21 Oregon school districts with a population of over 81,000 K-12 students. PointNorth has collaborated with Willamette ESD on several projects including communication audits, the recruitment and on-boarding of a new Communications Director, external and internal stakeholder engagement, and branding for their regional career technical education center.
PointNorth developed comprehensive communications and recruitment solutions to help Willamette ESD move forward strategically. Inclusive engagement strategies elevated all voices to be heard and ensured buy-in with key internal and external stakeholders.
This partnership has led to hiring of a key leadership position, clarity around communications priorities and tactics, and a confident, aligned team ready to implement recommendations. In addition, WESD has retained PointNorth to conduct communication audits on behalf of WESD for several of the ESD school districts.
