As Vice President of Engagement, Katy leads our innovative public involvement work, ensuring that the public and stakeholders are engaged throughout the entire project process. As a Clark County native, Katy is deeply invested in this region and infuses her passion for community throughout her work.
Katy’s background includes a wealth of experience in the transportation and infrastructure sector. She is intimately familiar with planning, policy, and public service delivery within the Greater Portland region, and has led community outreach and communications programs within communities for the past decade.
Outside of work, you can find Katy enjoying a long run, and raising her three children with her husband.
