As Project Manager, Kim collaborates with project teams to provide thoughtful organizational development and strategic planning guidance to our clients. She is a systems-thinker who centers relationships and community building in all that she does.
Kim’s background includes over a decade working on advancing opportunities for LGBTQ+ communities across the Northwest, most recently in her role as Director of Programs at Pride Foundation. Her work experience includes working in higher education, community organizing, and volunteer management – all with a focus on advancing racial and gender justice.
Outside of work, you might find Kim running in the mountains, exploring our local parks and trails (with her dogs, of course), finding a new craft project, or baking from one of her many cookbooks.
"To be truly visionary we have to root our imagination in our concrete reality while simultaneously imagining possibilities beyond that reality"
