Clark College, Southwest Washington’s largest public institution of higher education, sought third-party guidance and facilitation in assessing communications practices across Student Affairs to inform future strategies around engagement and recruitment efforts.
Solutions
Through a comprehensive communications audit, including materials review, interviews, a community wide survey and community perception focus groups, we provided comprehensive communications and organizational development support to Clark College on multiple occasions. As a result of this work, Clark College was able to more effectively engage and communicate with students, faculty, and the Clark community.
