What Do You Stand For?

It’s a simple question, but many individuals and teams struggle to answer it effectively. And, we don’t mean a marketing tagline or fancy words on your website. When you face challenges, how will you define what is most important to you or your team?  Defining your values begins with each of us individually. Let’s get started as you define your True North.

Living Your North means something different for everyone, but in the end, it’s about centering yourself on what your True North is and ensuring you are aligned with your values. Hear from our team as to how they live their north:

Using the Live Your North® Values Sort activity, we want you to strengthen what you individually believe by making choices about what are the most important and least important values to and your team. We know this isn’t an easy task!

There are no right or wrong answers, only what is right for you.

  1. Select the individual or team values sort (team sort requires a password)

  2. Register with your name and email

  3. A card deck of 30 values will appear

  4. Sort each value in one of five priority columns

  5. Reflect on where your most important values lie

How it works

This values sort has been evolved from Harvard’s The Good Project.
