Client: Education Northwest

Challenge

Education Northwest is a nonprofit organization helping create strong schools and communities through research, technical assistance, and consulting services. The organization experienced several leadership transitions including the Board Chair stepping into an Interim CEO role. Education Northwest recognized the need for internal organizational capacity building as well as a strategy to improve awareness of their services and tactics to tell a compelling story.

Solutions

Our work included a strategic planning process, communications review, and organizational development support. Through a series of workshops, interviews with staff, board, and clients, and a survey, we developed a set of recommendations for how to improve internal communications, external engagement strategies, and a clear roadmap for success moving forward.
