As Director of Strategy, Cadie leads thoughtful project strategy and guides our team to do their best work. She is an intentional listener, thoughtful facilitator, community connector, and passionate about understanding what drives people and organizations.

Cadie’s experience includes developing and facilitating strategic planning processes, strategizing community outreach, facilitating team and stakeholder engagements, creatively curating strategic communications, and partnering with community-based nonprofits and businesses. With her social service services and workforce development background, she deeply understands the education and community/economic development sectors. Across all our service areas, Cadie has honed her ability to match unique challenges with innovative, equitable, and inclusive solutions. She thrives at ensuring clients experience intentional processes and define people-centered strategies that drive equitable outcomes.  

Outside of work, you can find her exploring food and wine destinations with her husband or at the lake with their dog.
