Caitlin is a seasoned professional with a robust background in marketing, brand development, communications, and strategic business development. As an avid volunteer for many community and industry-based organizations, Caitlin finds her most valuable work is centered in serving people and guiding processes with a values-based approach. At PointNorth, Caitlin’s role as Business Development Manager supports our growing team and helps navigate our collective pursuit of new opportunities.

Driven by an internal mission to apply her skillset toward making the world a better place, Caitlin was excited to join the PointNorth team in alignment with our company values, the work we accomplish, and the communities we serve. She believes every endeavor, personal or professional, is an opportunity to learn and grow.

Outside of work, Caitlin loves taking advantage of outdoor adventure in both Portland and Washington. You will find her catching the latest bites at local restaurants or camping with her husband and puppy.
