As Strategic Advisor, Jada utilizes her over 40 years of innovative education leadership to partner with our education clients in unparalleled ways. A longtime advocate and dynamic leader for early learning programs and systems at the local, state, and federal levels—she is able to take ideas to action through strategic partnerships, a strong network, and trust.
Jada’s background includes expertise in organizational development, educational leadership, community and business partnerships, strategic planning, legislative relations, and financial governance. Most recently retired as a superintendent she has spent her career providing strong regional leadership at the executive level, built successful new services for districts, guided coalition’s of ESD’s to a successful statewide approach, recruited and retained equity priority community members, and more. Using her innate leadership qualities, wealth of knowledge, and vast experience, she guides our clients to positively impact their mission.
Outside of work, you can find her spending time with her grandkids, traveling, and giving back to her community.
