As Partner Relations for the Interstate Bridge Replacement program, Katy supports partner agencies and the program design team. As a lifelong Clark County resident, Katy is deeply invested in this region and infuses her passion for the community throughout her work.
Katy’s background includes a wealth of experience in the transportation and infrastructure sector. She is intimately familiar with planning, policy, and public service delivery within the Greater Portland region, and has led community outreach and communications programs within communities for the past decade.
Outside of work, you can find Katy enjoying a long run, and raising her three children with her husband.
