(she/her)
Systems-thinker | Relationship-Centered Community Builder
As Organizational Development Manager, Kim collaborates with project teams to provide thoughtful organizational development and strategic planning guidance to our clients. She is a systems-thinker who centers relationships and community building in all that she does.
Kim’s background includes over a decade working on advancing opportunities for LGBTQ+ communities across the Northwest, most recently in her role as Director of Programs at Pride Foundation. Her work experience includes working in higher education, community organizing, and volunteer management – all with a focus on advancing racial and gender justice.
Outside of work, you might find Kim running in the mountains, exploring our local parks and trails (with her dogs, of course), finding a new craft project, or baking from one of her many cookbooks.
