As Director of Community Engagement, Monica supports our innovative public involvement work through inclusive and creative practices. She is a bilingual, results-driven communications professional who centers community, equity, and relationships in everything she does.
Monica’s background includes a robust history of building collaborative relationships that yield strong business outcomes. She is well-versed in developing and executing integrated communications strategies and engagement programs—with experience fostering media, partner, and stakeholder relations. Her passion is to increase the representation of historically underserved professionals in the workforce and design programs that elevate, empower, and help talent thrive.
Outside of work, you can find Monica traveling, enjoying a fresh cup of coffee, and spending time with friends and family.
