As Community Engagement Manager, Robert bridges the gap between the complexities of projects and the needs of the community, ensuring that projects are not only successful but also inclusive and beneficial to all. He is on a mission to bring about positive change through equitable engagement.
Robert has extensive experience in community outreach, developing strategies, and leading public meetings and workshops for transportation projects in Oregon and Southern California through all phases of planning, design, and construction. Robert has also made contributions to climate action initiatives, focusing on sustainability to create a positive impact on our environment.
Outside of work, you can find him conquering the great outdoors with his golden retriever Nala, an energetic 3-year-old.
